Amazon Prime is my BFF when it comes to shopping for a long-term international trip. I’m going to share with you 10 Amazon travel accessories that I own and LOVE! Although I do recommend buying most things second-hand, these are a few of my exceptions.

1. Menstrual Cup
Menstrual cups are my favorite thing in the world. I have not bought a pad or tampon for the last year because of my diva cup! It’s a lifesaver for traveling! Menstrual products are often super expensive and a headache to find. Menstrual cups are a bit of an adjustment, but once you get used to them, you will thank me.

2. Headlamp
I’ve tried a few different headlamps and Black Diamond is my favorite brand. Headlamps are a MUST! They are obviously great for hiking. I also use them at hostels while sneaking to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

3. Camera Tripod
Traveling solo or with a partner who sucks at taking pictures? Bring a tripod! I own two tripods. The one above I use with my Canon G7X camera and I also have a tripod for my iPhone.

4. iPhone Tripod
If you don’t want to lug around a large tripod, an iPhone tripod is a smaller option. This tripod comes with a remote to take your photos. It’s easy to wrap around objects (a chair or a tree) to get different angles. Overall, it is simple to use!

5. Camera
I love my Canon G7X! I absolutely love how compact it is! I think it’s the perfect camera for travel! It is a point and shoot camera and is great for video. Any aspiring YouTube stars? This is your camera.

6. Reusable Utensils
While traveling, I find myself eating on buses, in parks, and pretty much everywhere inconvenient. I (try to) bring reusable utensils everywhere I go to avoid using plastic.
Note: I do not own this particular set, but it is one of the cheapest options I found on Amazon with good reviews. (I can’t find the one I bought!)

7. Sustainable Razor
To be honest, I don’t shave often while traveling but I bring a razor just in case. I just purchased this razor for my upcoming trip! I’m excited to use a sustainable razor and slowly transition all my toiletries to greener options!

8. Skin Care Products
I ALWAYS travel with my favorite skincare lines from the US. While in Latin America, I couldn’t even find simple face wash. Never again! I highly recommend being prepared! Mad Hippie is my current obsession. I recommend Vitamin C serum and hydration spray!

9. Bamboo Toothbrush
Throw out your plastic toothbrushes. It’s 2020. Bamboo is in.

10. Travel Soap
Someone call Dr. Bronner’s and tell him to pay me. I’ve recommended this brand to EVERYONE for years. I love their liquid soap and bar soap. I use them at home and while traveling.
